This CMA class will cover Map Search and Radius Search options to find nearby comparable properties in the MLS. After selecting comps, we will follow through the steps to prepare a Listing package to review with the seller. We will also look at the Realist comparables report to view homes in the area that sold without a real estate agent.
Education Policy:
You will be charged a $20 no show fee if you register for a class and do not attend. 48 hours notice is preferred
You may not be able to attend classes if you have an outstanding financial obligation, per bylaws
