This CMA class will show you how to prepare a Comparative Market Analysis from the NEOHREX MLS system to use at a Listing Appointment.  We will do a radius search to find comparable homes that have sold recently near their subject property.  Then we will use those to include details, photos and a map.  We will make sure we have the agent contact information and photo updated.  Then decide which of the static reports to include

  • Where a Commission Goes
  • Steps to a Positive Showing
  • Importance of Pricing
  • Benefits of Using a Realtor

We will also use Realist to find nearby sales that were recorded but may not have been in the MLS.
