Comparative Market Analysis – Find Comparable properties by running radius or map searches in NEOHREX. Prepare a Listing Presentation CMA Package which can include a Cover Page, Cover Letter, Comparison Report, Comp Summary, Statistics, etc. The CMA Package will then be saved under the Contact and can be edited, printed or emailed at any time.
