CMA Class– Prepare for a Comparative Market Analysis. Find Comparable properties by running radius or map searches. Prepare a Listing Presentation CMA Package which can include a Cover Page, Cover Letter, Comparison Report, Comp Summary, Statistics, etc. The CMA Package will then be saved under the Contact and can be edited, printed, or emailed at anytime.
Prospecting Class– Add a New Contact and Search Criteria for Automatic Emails with the Client Portal. After a Prospect is saved, you can modify the search criteria, view emails, add tasks/appointments, stop the auto emails, or delete the contact information.
