Each holds a valid license from the state of Ohio; but the term REALTOR® is a registered symbol that may be used solely by members of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). By joining a local board or association like LGAAR, the REALTORS® commit to abide by the NAR Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice and to treat all clients, customers and other agents with honesty and integrity in all phases of a real estate transaction. Our Association has a long and proud history dating back to 1929. We are the 8th largest REALTOR® association in Ohio and serve most of the REALTORS® who live and/or work in the Lake and Geauga county areas.
